TYPES OF CLASSES
CLASSES RUN OCTOBER -- MAY
Jared began his yoga practice over 14+ years ago practicing a strict Bikram Style. Since then his practice EXPANDED into vinyasa flow classes, and is now more focused in Katonah Yoga and the therapeutics of yoga (restorative, yin, hatha, breath work, meditation and nidra) with some flow added in. All movement is purposeful, intention and metaphorical.

Naturally, over time, he started "living yoga." This overflowed into his teaching style, and he started crafting classes heavily sequenced and themed through metaphor and the philosophy behind yoga. People leave his classes not just having had a nice stretch, but with a full heart and tools and techniques for changing their life.
KATONAH INSPIRED YOGA CLASSES

FRIDAY + SUNDAY
ALL LEVELS
Classes are open to all levels, however yogis are recommended to have a general understanding of the poses and practice. If you do not, think about scheduling a 1 on 1 with Jared!

Classes will start with intention setting, meditation, warm up, sun salutations, standing series, balance series, cool down (back bends and folds) and savasana.

Each month Jared offers specialized workshops and yoga classes for every yoga level. Some of the past events included full moon and new moon yoga classes, astrology based yoga and crystal clases.
